INFONEWS.CO.ID ■ The vote count results of the 2019 Presidential Election were not officially released by the KPU, but supporters of presidential candidate Prabowo Subianto protested.
They protested that the injustices assessed by supporters of number 02 were already visible and massive.
Because of that hundreds of women supporters of Prabowo held a demonstration in front of the General Election Commission (KPU) office, to ask the KPU to be fair, neutral and not cheat in the vote count.
They started the action from the Prabowo-Sandi National Secretariat Office on Jalan HOS Cokroaminoto number 93 and then gave a speech in front of the KPU office on Jalan Diponegoro, Menteng, Central Jakarta.
Along the way, they sang the song "Halo-halo Bandung" and "Maju Tak Gentar".
Arriving in front of the KPU office, one of the demonstrators said that the demonstration was not for riots, but wanted to make peace with the KPU.
"We are not here to make a riot. We want to make peace with the KPU from the KPU and make peace with us," they said in Jakarta, Sunday, April 21, 2019.
While several other masses, asked the KPU not to side with certain presidential candidates.
