    77 TNI Athletes Join the World Military Olympiad in Wuhan

JBN.CO.ID ■ Around 77 TNI athletes who are members of the Indonesian Military Sports Committee (KOMI) Contingent took part in the world class championship in the 7th CISM (Conseille International du Sport Militaire) 2019th World Military Games 2019 in Wuhan, China, on the date of October 17-29 2019.

The sports that were participated by TNI KOMI athletes included 3 (three) fencing, 8 (eight) athletes, 8 (eight) people, 8 Judo people, 9 (nine) people shooting, 3 (three) people archery, Taekwondo 6 (six) people, Payung Falls 15 people and Triathlon 7 (seven) people. While the number of personnel dispatched as many as 77 people consisted of, 68 athletes and Trainers and 9 people Official.

While the World Karate Federation championship which will take place on October 23-27 2019 in Santiago Chile, FORKI dispatched 30 athletes and 10 managers / trainers.

The classes attended included Cadet (10 people), Junior (12 people), Under -21 (8 people).

TNI Commander in Chief Marshal TNI Dr. (H.C.) Hadi Tjahjanto, S.I.P. when releasing the departure of the TNI Contingent in the 7th CISM Military World Games 2019 and the Indonesian Karate Team in the 11th World Karate Championship in 2019, housed the TNI Headquarters, Central Jakarta, Monday (10/14/2019).

"I believe that Indonesian karateka and TNI athletes are ready to compete and show performance in the two world championships," said Air Marshal Hadi Tjahjanto as Chairman of the Executive Board of the Indonesian Karate-Do Sports Federation (PB FORKI).
