JBN.CO.ID ■ Three Health Analyst Students of the Faculty of Medicine (FIK) of the University of Muhammadiyah (UM) Surabaya, Ranti Safila Dewi, Putriana Dewi and Miftachul Alfian Nur Aisy, showed their innovation named Oil Peel Orange, at UM Surabaya, East Java, not yet this long time.
According to their findings, Oil Peel Orange is an PKM innovation that utilizes waste from squeezed orange peel as an anti-acne shield.
Oil Peel Orange is a serum produced from essential oils of squeezed orange peel which is proven to be able to inhibit the growth of acne-causing germs, namely stapylococcus aureus. Essential oils are obtained through a distillation test process on orange peel waste.
The distinctive aroma arising from Oil Peel Orange can relax the user during the application process.
